I am a mom to four beautiful children -two sets of twins to be exact! To say I have been through the ringer with sleep is an understatement – both sets were premature, two of them were colicky, one had GERD (I think you get the picture?) My first set were great sleepers so I thought I “knew” what I was doing – wrong – I just had easy babies. My second set, not so much, which brought me to becoming a sleep consultant. Sleep is life changing!
I look at sleep as a family affair and my goal is to not only get your children sleeping but to help you as the parents also understand and appreciate the importance of sleep for yourself as well. A well rested family is a happy family!
In my spare time I love reading, traveling and spending as much time outside in nature as humanly possible!
I am here for you so please do not hesitate to send me a message or book a 15 minute call – I look forward to helping any way I can!
