I believe every family needs and deserves a good night’s sleep in order to raise happy healthy children. I learned the value of sleep quickly when I had my son. I was excited and overwhelmed after he was born but when he didn’t sleep for the first 8 months, I was exhausted and couldn’t function. He is now a very spirited, loving, energetic toddler and I need all the energy and patience I can muster up each day. This energy only comes through a good night’s sleep from the whole family.
I truly believe I can help families with high needs and spirited children function better through the powerful gift of teaching their children the skill of independent sleep.
Before children, I worked as a Recreational Therapist for adults with disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology along with being a certified K-12 teacher and volleyball coach. I live in Omaha, Nebraska with my wonderful family. We enjoy our time spent outdoors, at the zoo, and having BBQ’s with friends.
