Emma was around 11 months old when we engaged your services. At the point when we called SleepWell Baby, a typical night in our house went like this: I would put Emma down for the night at around 7 or 8 pm. This was done by first nursing her and then bouncing her until she fell asleep, then very gingerly placing her in her crib so as not to wake her. She almost always was up again about 3 hours later. Nursing again was the only strategy we had to get her back to sleep. She was then up another two hours later and then every hour after that unless I took her into bed with me. Which of course I did every night so that I could get some sleep. However despite having her in my bed, she needed to nurse several more times through the night until a wake up around 6:30 am. It was rough. And how was I ever going to be able to go back to work on this kind of sleeping schedule. I had to nap with Emma during the day just to survive. Then SleepWell Baby came to the rescue! Janine provided us with a sleep plan that was manageable given our comfort level. We put it into action the next night and within two nights, Emma was sleeping through the night. A 6:30 to 7:30 pm bedtime and sleeping straight through until6:30 am. It was unbelievable. I was so worried about “crying it out” tactics and this was nothing like that. Emma turned out to be a good sleeper, she just needed a bit of help with her technique. 3 months later and Emma is still sleeping through the night. And she naps 2 times a day for at least an hour. I can’t say enough about SleepWell Baby. It’ll be the best money you’ve ever spent. Thank you SleepWell Baby!
